Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing will be confirmed in a signed contract before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by California law.

Timelines are subject to change due to weather conditions, material availability, site conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruptions to your schedule.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship and materials under normal use conditions. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, abuse, or natural disasters.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate property information, obtaining necessary permits if required, ensuring site access for our crew and equipment, and following maintenance instructions for new concrete. You must also inform us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or site hazards before work begins.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. While we carry comprehensive insurance, claims must be reported promptly and will be handled according to our insurance policy terms.

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how much work has been completed or materials have been ordered. If we need to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund of any deposits paid.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work together to find a resolution. If we cannot resolve the issue informally, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in San Luis Obispo County, California, in accordance with California law.
